In the ever-changing business marketplace, new applications and processes are being made available all of the time to guide businesses, both large and small, to increase their visibility in their chosen space.

We do not claim to have knowledge of everything that could be employed to help that aim – that would be too much to expect – but what we do offer is a range of services that have stood the test of time as being effective in engaging the client audience, driving sales and growth.

This is not to say that we do not have expertise in these new methods – we do; but they are very carefully chosen to make sure that we can offer true benefit in these areas. We can advise your staff, set up an effective team to use these new methods, or take on the mantle of doing the engagement for you.

To be effective you need to take charge of the way you expose yourself to your marketplace. These days, you need an engaging website, you need to involve your customers in dialogue and you need to be able to react to changing conditions in order to keep your clients and customers satisfied.

Social networking can help – but it is not the silver bullet it is claimed to be. Certainly, you need to use Twitter, Facebook and other marketing tools but you also need to use the more traditional methods too – telephone and email are not going away. You need to save the interactions with your customer so you can build up a complete picture. A good CRM system can help there. We have a salesforce consultant on our books and we personally have experience of a number of other online tools, from a simple contact management application right through to project management and bug tracking.
